During regular business hours, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, we provides comprehensive support services to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, or requests. We ensure our clients have access to assistance and guidance during the core operating hours.
From 7 pm to 11 pm, Ehub standby dedicated support team to address any concerns, provide technical or POS hardware assistance, or answer questions that arise during these evening hours.
This service aims to cater to the needs of business hour after 6pm, especially for retail and F&B businesses that operate beyond the standard working hours.
Recognizing that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are important periods for retail and F&B businesses.
From 8 am to 11 pm on public holidays, our support team is always having a high level of commitment to maintaining and readily available to ensure uninterrupted assistance and prompt resolution of client inquiries or issues.
